If for some reason your item is defective due to poor craftsmanship, we will repair or replace the item immediately. We strive to offer quality beading products and handmade jewellery, and we want you to be pleased with your purchase. Abuse or mistreatment causing items to break or be defective will be replaced or repaired at your expense
General Policies & Shipping
My Little Bead Shop specializes in providing high quality products and friendly service at a fair price.
Most orders will ship the next day, excepting public holidays or we are away exhibiting at a Trade Show, which may delay your order for a few days.
All our orders are shipped via Australia Post registered mail, unless special arrangements have been made, when ordering.

Returns/Exchanges
To return an item you must first contact us by email or telephone and we will issue a return authorization number. Please note we will not accept any returns without a return authorization number written on the outside of the returned package. Unwanted items may be returned for a refund less 20%, as long as they are received back in new/unworn condition within 10 days of receipt. On custom items the refund is less 50%. We will work with you to ensure you are always happy with your purchase and if you have purchased ready made jewellery that your jewellery fits comfortably. Please note that postage is non refundable and you are responsible for return postage. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS after ten days of delivery confirmation date. If you receive an item and change your mind and wish to exchange it for another item, you may return the item, but you must contact us by email or phone first to obtain a return authorization number, and then return the item. We will deduct 20% from the item(s) you are returning and apply the difference to the new item(s) and either refund the difference or you will need to pay an additional amount depending on which item you exchange it for. All of our replacement orders are shipped to you via Australia Post registered mail, unless special arrangements have been made when ordering
Error or Omissions on our website
While every effort is made to keep all details correct on our website. Errors or omissions can happen. If an error or omission on our website does occur, we will attempt to rectify the error or omission on our website as soon as possible. We will try to advise you as soon as possible if the error or omission affects any order that you have placed.
